Pardons Canada – US Entry Waiver, I-194 Can Make a Huge Difference In a Family’s Life

We help many people obtain US Entry Waivers or I-194 once they have been refused entry to the US.  The loss of freedom and inability to travel to the US at your own will is a horrible feeling and can have negative consequences for work and family life.

If you have a criminal record or have been charged with a criminal offence then you can be denied entry to the US.  Once denied a US Entry Waiver or I-194 is required for re-entry.  If you have not been denied entry to the US, then it is possible to get a Canada Pardon and then you may not necessarily require a US Entry Waiver.

Here is a letter from a client we recently helped to obtain both a Canada Pardon and US Entry Waiver I-194:

“I have children who play sports with teams that cross the US Border.  It was difficult and embarassing to explain I couldn’t go to their games and tournaments, once the laws at the US border changed with the implementation of passports.”

“I knew I would have to do something so I could be part of my children’s lives.  Pardons Canada helped me so much with the process of obtaining an I-194.”

“I can now travel back and forth to the US without worry.  I can even travel to Europe.  You don’t think about going through the US when going to Europe but changing planes requires a crossing at the US Border, even if only for a one hour changeover.”
