There are many people who have been charged with a criminal record and are uncertain about the negative implications it will have in their life.

Many believe that lesser charges like absolute or conditional discharges, stayed, withdrawn or dismissed charges will not affect their ability to get work and travel to the US.  THEY ARE OFTEN WRONG.

Every day we receive calls from people who have a small criminal charge but have been denied employment or travel to the US.

In fact, our National Outreach Director, Ian Levine has been travelling the country for over 20 years educating the public about the implications of having a criminal record.
